(Regular Delivery) If you want your product on a specific date, please specify it in order notes. Otherwise, your estimated delivery date is 3-4 days after processing your order.

(All Deliveries) Please allow up to 24 hours after placing your order for us to process and ship it. Estimated delivery date show in checkout page does not take into account this 24 hour window.

(All Deliveries) Any order received Monday-Wednesday after 5pm EST will be adjusted to the following day.

(All Deliveries) Orders received after 12pm on Thursday will be shipped on Monday with the selected shipping method. i.e. an order received at 1pm on Thursday with Overnight Shipping can be expected to arrive on the following Tuesday.

Currently we offer 3 types of delivery:

Next Day Delivery (fulfilled by FedEx)
Second Day Delivery (fulfilled by FedEx)
Regular Delivery (fulfilled by Floréal)

We currently maintain a partnership with FedEx which allows us to offer preferential shipping rates for all our customers in the U.S. At checkout, you will receive real-time quotes for FedEx Next Day and Second Day delivery. 

If you choose Regular Delivery you can expect delivery 3 days from the moment we process your order, unless you specify otherwise. This delivery service charges a flat rate that you can view in the checkout page.

At the moment, we accept all kinds of credit/debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. We have chosen Stripe as our payment provider so that all our customers can have complete certainty about the transparency and security of the payment process.

The duration of delivery ultimately depends on the shipping rate customers select at checkout. We have partnered with FedEx to offer preferential shipping rates for all our customers in the U.S (see “How is shipping charged and handled”). Please note that your order will be shipped within 24 hours of us having received it, and orders received over the weekend will be shipped on Monday (FedEx does not carry out weekend deliveries and we don’t want your amazing products sitting in a FedEx warehouse for too long). If you require your order on a specific day, please contact us so we can make the proper arrangements.

While shopping at Floréal, you can have complete certainty that your data is protected and handled with the highest care. We gather customer information exclusively for the purposes of fulfilling orders: billing customers accurately and guaranteeing correct shipment of all orders. Your credit card data is securely handled by our Stripe integration, so the highest standards of data protection and privacy are guaranteed.

Once customers’ payment method is verified by our Stripe integration, our sales team will receive an email with all the order details. As soon as the order details arrive, our amazing team in Miami gets to work to fulfill customers’ order as soon as possible, and with the highest standards of quality. Customers will receive an email with their order confirmation immediately after their order is received, and another email with their order’s shipping information within the following 24 hours.

Yes. When an order is placed successfully, customers will receive an order confirmation email with all the details of their order, including an invoice number.
